Show details:

Freddy Quinne

Freddy Quinne presents Entfremdung

Entfremdung is the hotly anticipated debut show from award-winning comedian Freddy Quinne. This blistering solo show has already had sell-out performances at both the Nottingham Comedy Festival and Leicester Comedy Festival, and is attracting rave reviews for a no holds barred tour-de-force performance that'll leave you in stitches!

In 2014 Freddy was MC for the late show for the Big Value Show at the Edinburgh Fringe, one of the most prestigious showcases at the festival, and he returned to the Fringe in 2015, where he hosted the AAA Comedy Showcase at the Pleasance Courtyard. He also MC'd a showcase for online magazine and comedy reviewers The Skinny, as part of the Liverpool Comedy Festival, and he currently acts as a resident MC for over half a dozen comedy nights across the country as well as regularly compering some of the biggest comedy venues in the UK.

Freddy's willingness to break away from his set and involve the crowd leads for an engaging and memorable set backed up with frantic energy and raw emotion.

“Big, brash and very funny” - Giggle Beats

“uncompromising... a natural comic with near perfect timing” - Manchester Wire

“uniquely Northern observational humour” - Lancashire Evening Post

Hannah Silvester

Hannah Silvester

Hannah Silvester has been performing on the stand up comedy circuit since 2010. Based in the West Midlands she is a regular on the national circuit, and is regularly gigging for a number of the top independent comedy clubs and promoters.

Her adult set combines frank and honest stand up comedy with a warm delivery and the occasional comedy song thrown into the mix. She is also a resident performer for Laughing Sole Comedy for Kids at The M.A.C. in Birmingham, where she has to tone everything down for the kids!

In 2014 she was a finalist in both The Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent Award and The Nottingham Comedy Festival Comedian of the Year Award. 2014 also saw her win The Midlands ComedyAward for Breakthrough Act, before coming second in the Hull Comedy Festival New Comedian of the Year Competition in 2015.

“She's a woman with a lot of attitude, and a way of expressing it that is often viciously, hilariously blunt. She revels in her bad parenting, is withering about sexist behaviour, and frank about ageing - all delivered with a compelling surety” - Chortle

“Hannah Silvester was particularly brilliant. Her comments on life as a female comic and the challenges that come with being in a long term relationship were, quite simply hilarious” - Tamworth Herald

“Hannah possess a unique voice in the comedy world” - Juice Comedy

Danny Deegan

Danny Deegan

Danny Deegan is a comedian, writer and actor who began performing in 2003 and has since risen steadily through the ranks of some of the most prestigious comedy clubs in the UK. His tales of mischief and the characters he creates have kept audiences all over the country enthralled as he weaves in and out of the people he has met travelling. His talent and likability coupled with a confident swagger see him as one of the most popular acts in the North.

Fresh from a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe, where he received rave reviews, Danny also recently performed a headline set at the Green Man festival in South Wales getting a great reception from the 400 people in the marquee and being asked to wrap up for Manchester band Doves after their headline set in front of 12,000 people.

Outside of live work Danny has made several TV and radio appearances. From being a guest on Radio GMR to having his own show "Afternoons with Danny Deegan" on CAT FM in Crewe. His TV credits include appearances on "Made in the North" and "The Adam and Shelley Show" to name but two.

“His seamless interactions with the crowd demonstrate that he’s a natural-born comedian... appealing to both the young and old, female and male” - Three Weeks

“Charming, witty and most importantly funny” - Metro

“Deegan has a mature confidence in his abilities” - Chortle
