He's also a Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year Nominee and So You Think You’re Funny Finalist\, was seen on ITV's FHM Comedy Hero and performed at the highly respected Big Value Comedy Showcase in Edinburgh in 2011. \nCarl supported former three-time wrestling heavyweight champion and bestselling author Mick Foley on both of his UK Comedy Tours; in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
