Much of his comedy begins simply as something he’s seen\, heard or felt in his own life\, or in the street\, or the kitchen\, or anywhere\, and from that it blossoms into a highly amusing anecdote or a strange flight of fancy. \nAlun has several television appearances to his name\, most recently Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow\, and Dave's One Night Stand\, but he's also often seen on Have I Got News For You\, 8 Out of 10 Cats\, Mock The Week\, and has appeared on Soccer A.M and Live At The Comedy Store. \nAlun’s dulcet tones can also be heard frequently on BBC Radio 4 on Alun Cochrane’s Fun House\, Just A Minute\, Dilemma and The Now Show\, whilst Alun is also affectionately known as the Cockerel on Absolute Radio's Frank Skinner Show. \n“Cochrane’s dour and grumpy onstage persona is allied to a real craft and creativity in his writing\, yielding results that satisfy both the comedy purists and those who simply want big belly laughs on a night out” - The Guardian \n“A master storyteller\, holding the audience before dropping an exploding but simple punchline...” - Metro \n“Alun Cochrane's ability to make the little things in life a comedy goldmine is phenomenal” - Chortle \n  \nReplacing Pete Selwood:\n \nSian Davies\nSian Davies is a stand up comedian\, MC\, presenter\, and comedy writer based in the north west of England. \nShe won the Hilarity Bites New Act of the Year competition in 2018\, and was a finalist in Nando’s New Comedian and Harrogate Theatre Comedian of the Year competitions in 2017. She was also a northern finalist of the Funny Women stage award 2018\, and selected to take part in the prestigious Circuit Breakers showcase at the Leicester Comedy Festival. \nSian took two compilation shows to the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe which were both well recieved and an unprecedented success. Comedy Queers\, a late night LGBTQIA+ showcase which sold out almost every night of the festival and Best in Class\, a crowd funded profit sharing show featuring working class comedians which attracted huge media attention and earned several 4 star reviews. \nAway from stand-up\, Sian has written for 'Newsjack' on BBC Radio 4 Extra\, and had sketches featured on 'And Then She Said A Funny Thing' live performance podcast. \n“Excellent compere” - The Scotsman \n“Sharp and focused... fantastic ability as a comedian and compere” - ★★★★ - Backstage on the Fringe \n“Warm hearted and engaging comedy” - ★★★★ - Deadline News \n  \n \nLee Kyle\nIn his never ending quest not to have a proper job\, Lee Kyle spent time as part of an all male Spice Girls tribute act before spending a decade as a professional wrestler. \nManaging the difficult trick of being both odd and relatable\, he did a show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2013 that he heard was well received but he doesn't read reviews because his psyche is too fragile to handle them so he isn't totally sure what they said. \nArmed with props and a rapid gag rate he cuts a confident\, if off-beat figure on stage.
