Hilarity Bites Comedy Club feat. Alun Cochrane, Jack Campbell, Anthony Williams, and host Dave Twentyman
Show details:

Alun Cochrane
You'll know Alun Cochrane from TV, radio, and being one of the best stand-ups in the UK.
Alun Cochrane is a no-nonsense comedian who specialises in funny nonsense. Much of his comedy begins simply as something he’s seen, heard or felt in his own life, or in the street, or the kitchen, or anywhere, and from that it blossoms into a highly amusing anecdote or a strange flight of fancy.
Alun has several television appearances to his name, most recently Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, and Dave's One Night Stand, but he's also often seen on Have I Got News For You, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Mock The Week, and has appeared on Soccer A.M and Live At The Comedy Store.
Alun’s dulcet tones can also be heard frequently on BBC Radio 4 on Alun Cochrane’s Fun House, Just A Minute, Dilemma and The Now Show, whilst Alun is also affectionately known as the Cockerel on Absolute Radio's Frank Skinner Show.
“Cochrane’s dour and grumpy onstage persona is allied to a real craft and creativity in his writing, yielding results that satisfy both the comedy purists and those who simply want big belly laughs on a night out” - The Guardian
“A master storyteller, holding the audience before dropping an exploding but simple punchline...” - Metro
“Alun Cochrane's ability to make the little things in life a comedy goldmine is phenomenal” - Chortle

Jack Campbell
English Comedian Of The Year 2014
Short listed for BBC Radio New Comedy Award Final 2014
Tour Support for Larry Dean, Dane Baptiste and Luisa Omielan
Jack Campbell began performing stand-up whilst at De Montfort University, Leicester in 2010 and has been performing regularly since. He performed his one-man show at the Edinburgh Festival in 2015 and 2016 and has performed across Europe in Germany, Estonia, Finland and Latvia as well as further afield in Australia.
“Funny and refreshingly inventive” - House of Stand Up
“100% Funny, gets hearty laughs” - Broadway Baby

Anthony Williams
Anthony Williams is a high-energy stand-up comedian and MC known for quick-fire gags, sharp timing and an easy, likeable stage presence. He blends tight material with spontaneous crowd work, creating a warm atmosphere that audiences buy into straight away.
A confident and reliable host, Anthony keeps shows pacey, engaging and full of personality. His mix of fast delivery, clever writing and natural rapport with the room makes him a strong addition to any bill.
“A natural with razor-sharp timing and a warm, playful style” - Notts Comedy Review

Dave Twentyman
Affable, quick-witted banter merchant, Dave Twentyman survived a childhood in St Helens by evolving rapid, startlingly-bright patter and a smile that he somehow stole from Barry Manilow. This is a man who could teach Teflon a trick-or-two but who remains vastly more fun than your average frying-pan. What higher praise can there be?
No matter what your mood, you really can't help but warm to Dave. He puts a big smile on everyone's face. His chatty, cheeky style endears him to the toughest of crowds. Dave talks a lot about the subjects closer to home, such as family life & friends. Its lighthearted, positive fun, you can't help relating to.
A regular performer at many of the best weekend clubs in the country, Dave has also performed at a number of music festivals over the years such as Leeds, V Festival, Download, etc
“Thoroughly impressed, best I've seen in ages. Great warmth and style” - Dave Spikey
“F**king Brilliant” - John Bishop
“Really like his stuff” - Jason Manford
