Hilarity Bites Comedy Club feat. Tom Little, Seeta Wrightson, and host Kieran Lawless
Show details:
Tom Little
Tom Little is an award-winning comedian. In 2015 he won the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year (an award also won by acts such as Johnny Vegas, Jason Manford, Rhod Gilbert and Romesh Ranganathan) which he never stops banging on about.
Tom was also a BBC Radio New Comedy Award finalist and his 2018 Edinburgh show was nominated for the Amused Moose Comedy Award. He plays the well-read fool, taking on hugely diverse facts, but refusing to deal with them conventionally, with a unique turn of phrase.
“Inventive, unexpected and often very silly…. He surely can’t remain a hidden treasure for long” - Chortle
“A huge talent” - The Scotsman
“His elevation to TV panel show favourite is surely only a matter of time” - The Wee Review
“The real deal. An instinctive comedian with oodles of charm and a quirky, frenetic intensity... If he cuts his energy levels by 10% he could end up in movies” - The Spectator
Seeta Wrightson
2025 Female Pilot Club Winner and BBC New Comedy Awards semi-finalist, Seeta Wrightson is a Bradford-born comedian known for her sharp wit and engaging stories. Wrightson’s work often draws on her dual Asian and British heritage.
From humble (AKA very skint) beginnings growing up in Bradford, Seeta has wandered through life wondering where exactly she fits and has had a hell of an adventure figuring it out. And it is a never-ending stream of ridiculousness that provides the fodder for her comedy./p>
“She has jokes as fierce as her outfits. Love her” - Kiri Pritchard-McLean
Kieran Lawless
Kieran Lawless is an Irish comedian now based in Manchester. He has worked in comedy clubs across Ireland, the UK & Europe including supporting Patrick Kielty in Dublin's Olympia Theatre.
Well respected in his native Ireland, his television credits include; New Comedy Awards (RTE), The Takeover (RTE), and RED TV (RTE).
Kieran has also won numerous New Comedian awards including The Nothin Butt Funny Comedy award.
“exceedingly entertaining, highly energised and side splittingly funny” - NorthWestEnd.co.uk
