Her debut show 'Beth Becomes Her' detailed the story of her being transgender\, chronicling everything from her coming out through her transition and eventually falling in love. It was nominated for Best Debut at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2008\, eventually losing out to Sarah Millican. \nOver the course of her career Beth has performed alongside some of the biggest names in comedy\, including Alan Carr\, Sarah Millican\, Tim Minchin and Rhys Darby. \nIn late 2017 / early 2018 Beth filmed the role of Pocahantas for No Offence. Prior to which\, in 2015 she was cast as Helen in Russell T. Davies multi channel shows Cucumber\, Banana\, and Tofu\, where she was the first trans actress to play a leading role.
