Lost Voice Guy\, David Eagle & host Danny Deegan\nShow details:\n \nLee Ridley (Lost Voice Guy)\nBritain's Got Talent winner - 2018\nLee Ridley AKA Lost Voice Guy may not be able to talk\, but he definitely has something to say\, and his comedy will leave you speechless. \nSince making his first stand up performance in February 2012\, Ridley has gained quite the reputation for being both very funny and very unique. \nHe's gigged across the country performing at clubs and small venues\, and has warmed up at Tour shows for the likes of Ross Noble\, Patrick Kielty\, Jason Manford and Jason Cook. \nIn 2014 he won the BBC New Comedy Award and went on to became the winner of ITV’s highest rated show\, Britain’s Got Talent\, in 2018; the first comic ever to win the show. \nLee’s other credits include his own BBC Radio 4 sitcom\, Ability\, Live at the Apollo for BBC\, and in late 2018 he completed a huge nationwide theatre tour before releasing his debut book in May 2019. \n“Funny\, personal\, occasionally shocking and frequently mischievous” - The Independent \n“Finding humour in strange places is one of Lost Voice Guy’s strengths” - The Guardian \n“a show that will open your eyes\, put fire in your belly and make you laugh guiltily at its frankness and levity” - ★★★★★ - Metro \n  \n \nDavid Eagle\nIn 2018 David began performing stand up comedy. He was awarded the New Act Of The Year prize at 2018’s Nottingham Comedy Festival. In 2019 he won Bath Comedy Festival’s New Comedian Of The Year and the Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian Of The Year. \nIn 2022 David performed stand up on BBC Radio 4’s topical comedy programme The Now Show. He frequently supports Boothby Graffoe on tour\, and he also starred in Tony Law and Phil Nichol’s improvised 2019 Edinburgh Fringe show. \nDavid is one third of three-time BBC Radio 2 folk Award winning band The Young’uns. You may have heard them performing on BBC Radio 2 and 3\, or maybe seen them on BBC’s Springwatch. They’ve also done a couple of documentaries for BBC Radio 4. Or perhaps – and granted\, this is unlikely\, but maybe – you heard them in the Aardman Animations film Itch of the Golden Nit\, in which they played the role of Vic Reeves’ pirate backing band. His tales of mischief and the characters he creates have kept audiences all over the country enthralled as he weaves in and out of the people he has met travelling. His talent and likability coupled with a confident swagger see him as one of the most popular acts in the North. \nFresh from a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe\, where he received rave reviews\, Danny also recently performed a headline set at the Green Man festival in South Wales getting a great reception from the 400 people in the marquee and being asked to wrap up for Manchester band Doves after their headline set in front of 12\,000 people. \nOutside of live work Danny has made several TV and radio appearances. From being a guest on Radio GMR to having his own show "Afternoons with Danny Deegan" on CAT FM in Crewe.
