He was awarded the New Act Of The Year prize at 2018’s Nottingham Comedy Festival. In 2019 he won Bath Comedy Festival’s New Comedian Of The Year and the Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian Of The Year. \nIn 2022 David performed stand up on BBC Radio 4’s topical comedy programme The Now Show. He frequently supports Boothby Graffoe on tour\, and he also starred in Tony Law and Phil Nichol’s improvised 2019 Edinburgh Fringe show. \nDavid is one third of three-time BBC Radio 2 folk Award winning band The Young’uns. You may have heard them performing on BBC Radio 2 and 3\, or maybe seen them on BBC’s Springwatch. They’ve also done a couple of documentaries for BBC Radio 4. Or perhaps – and granted\, this is unlikely\, but maybe – you heard them in the Aardman Animations film Itch of the Golden Nit\, in which they played the role of Vic Reeves’ pirate backing band. He has been described as "Brilliant" (Up The Creek)\, "A Joy to Watch" (Shoecake Comedy) and "Superb" (Backyard Comedy Club). \nHis Year 9 Maths Teacher said he "will never achieve anything of worth if he keeps joking around" and so he leant into it. \n“Brilliant... Explosively funny” - Bolton Comedy Club \n  \n  \n \nLee Kyle\nIn his never ending quest not to have a proper job\, Lee Kyle spent time as part of an all male Spice Girls tribute act before spending a decade as a professional wrestler. \nManaging the difficult trick of being both odd and relatable\, he did a show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2013 that he heard was well received but he doesn't read reviews because his psyche is too fragile to handle them so he isn't totally sure what they said. \nArmed with props and a rapid gag rate he cuts a confident\, if off-beat figure on stage.
