George Zach\, Jacob Nussey\, and host Lee Kyle\nShow details:\n \nGeorge Zach\nGeorge moved from Greece to study Biochemistry in Newcastle Upon Tyne and\, in doing so\, avoided joining the Greek army for his national service. He discovered stand-up soon after and has gone to sell out his show Greek Tragedy at the Melbourne Comedy Festival\, and support Luisa Omielan on her Am I Right Ladies tour. Recent BBC One appearances include the One Show and numerous appearances on This Week\, discussing the Greek financial crisis. \nFortunately for George it turned out that he has quite the grasp of the English language\, and also the fine art of comedy\, including his witty observations on dating Geordie lasses and helpful translations of everyday Geordie phrases. \n“A charismatic raconteur... his story not only elicits laughter but is also\, at times\, poignant and moving” - ★★★★ – The Wee Review \n“Truly terrific” - Melbourne Herald \n“Huge Laughs\, George is clearly a very funny guy” - Broadway Baby \n  \n \nJacob Nussey\nJacob Nussey unassumingly draws in audiences with his deadpan style\, sharp jokes\, and ill-fated anecdotes with clever punchlines. \nJacob quickly established himself on the comedy circuit\, after winning Bury Met Comedian of the Year and West Didsbury Comedy Festival New Act of the Year\, having previously reaching the semi-finals of British Comedian of the Year\, and So You Think You’re Funny. \nJacob was named by Chortle as one to watch for 2023. He’s seriously funny and well worth seeing in person! \n“Offbeat stories with an air of resigned indifference which is highly effective” - Chortle \n“Insanely funny\, he'll be a household name before you know it” - Skiddle \n“Hilariously nonchalant” - Broadway World \n  \n \nLee Kyle\nIn his never ending quest not to have a proper job\, Lee Kyle spent time as part of an all male Spice Girls tribute act before spending a decade as a professional wrestler. \nManaging the difficult trick of being both odd and relatable\, he did a show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2013 that he heard was well received but he doesn't read reviews because his psyche is too fragile to handle them so he isn't totally sure what they said. \nArmed with props and a rapid gag rate he cuts a confident\, if off-beat figure on stage.
