Catherine Young
Hilarity Bites New Act of the Year 2019
Winner of the Hilarity Bites New Act of the Year 2019, Catherine is quickly making a name for herself as one of the most exciting new acts to come out of the North-East in recent years.
Catherine occasionally absconds from Middlesbrough and the general misery of life, by running round the UK comedy circuit looking for anyone who will listen to her.
From North East and Irish decent, Catherine loves drinking, dancing and telling lies. Her comedy is light-hearted, full of mischievous stories and a warm and friendly humour that provides a short break from the stresses that life deals to us all.
Danny Deegan
Danny Deegan is a comedian, writer and actor who began performing in 2003 and has since risen steadily through the ranks of some of the most prestigious comedy clubs in the UK. His talent and likability coupled with a confident swagger see him as one of the most popular acts in the North.
