Hilarity Bites Comedy Club feat. Steve Day, Steve Royle, and host Freddy Quinne
Show details:

Steve Day
Steve Day describes himself as Britains only deaf comedian, and if there are any others then he hasn't heard. Actually there are a couple of others who have started since he wrote that joke, but it's only a joke after all.
For the past dozen years Steve has been performing to huge laughter around the country and abroad - well, they tell him the laughter was huge to humour him, he doesn't know either way.
Married with five children (a fact nothing to do with not being able to hear the word 'No') Steve has been described as 'warm and witty' by the Scotsman and has received many other rave reviews whilst performing shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Chortle gave him five stars in 2007 for Deafy's Island Discs, a show The Sunday Times called 'Funny and Moving'.
“Revelatory and very funny” - The Guardian
“Warm, funny, frank and thought-provoking” - The Scotsman
“Wonderful” - Bath Chronicle

Steve Royle
Britain's Got Talent finalist 2020
Steve is an actor, writer, comedian, juggler, a "Gillard award" winning presenter on BBC Radio Lancashire and now a finalist on ITV's Britain's Got Talent 2020.
Steve most recently completed his 17th consecutive pantomime at The Grand Theatre, Blackpool (and his 22nd Pantomime in total) and was also made an honorary member of The Friends Of The Grand in 2016 for his services to the theatre.
In 2015 he performed 16 nights at The Manchester Arena as part of the "Phoenix Nights Live" show, helping raise well over £ 5 million in the process. He also appeared at the London Palladium twice within a month later that year when he performed as part of the TV show "Sunday Night At The Palladium" and as warm-up for "One Night With Neil Diamond".
He spent many years as "Special Guest" on Dave Spikey's Tours and has supported several other top comedic names including Peter Kay, Mick Miller, Roy Walker and The Lancashire Hotpots! He was also the first comic, ever, to act as "Warm-up" for The Royal Variety Show featuring Take That, Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow and Meatloaf.
Steve's first love, however, is stand-ip and it is a job that has taken him all over the world: Cruises in the Med, Norwegian Fjords and the Caribbean, hotels and comedy clubs in Hong Kong, Dubai, Crete, Cyprus, Turkey and Japan. Meanwhile, Steve is a regular headline act at the world-famous The Comedy Store, and at venues throughout the UK.
“A brilliant comedian” - Peter Kay
“I nearly pushed my golden buzzer for you when I saw your audition because it's one of the funniest performances I've seen. I was totally wowed” - David Walliams
“a comedy masterclass!” - The Stage

Freddy Quinne
Co-host of the hugely popular 'Dead Men Talking' podcast, award-winning comedian Freddy Quinne is a regular at many of the biggest and best comedy clubs in the country where he performs his shamelessly opinionated, no-holds-barred stand up. He is known for his frank approach and often brutal punchlines, covering everything from topical news to universal truths.
His Amazon Prime comedy special Quite The Catch has had over half a million views. He also has hours of online footage from shows across the world, with clips racking up millions of streams on Facebook and YouTube.
In 2014 Freddy was MC for the late show for the Big Value Show at the Edinburgh Fringe, one of the most prestigious showcases at the festival, and he returned to the Fringe in 2015, where he hosted the AAA Comedy Showcase at the Pleasance Courtyard.
Freddy's willingness to break away from his set and involve the crowd leads for an engaging and memorable set backed up with frantic energy and raw emotion.
“Uncompromising... a natural comic with near perfect timing” - The Skinny
“The hilarious Freddy Quinne managed to quieten the two worst hecklers with one perfectly judged line” - eFestivals
